3 loops of the Tyndrum24 course ( 3.92 miles ) plus a wee explore up the track towards Ben Lui and back. Edit : map on the website is wrong, missing an extra bit to make it 5 mile loop.
Achilles officially cleared up now, and aerobically pretty ok, just a case of getting the legs back in shape.
