Well done, Ebb. That was a good morning's work. You kept up a good pace. It looked as if it was virtually non-stop and without walk breaks. Impressive.
Thanks Evangel. It was a half marathon race and the only walks were through water stations. It was my longest run since July so my legs were a bit heavy in the last few miles.
