TT. Just wanted to set a few baseline times/distances for shorter stuff so I can see where I am compared with the beginning of April, when I had done a few months of intervals and I was setting lots of PBs. This is my second best distance for 4 mins and not far off my PB. I set out quite cautiously and only pushed on from 2 mins, so I think I could perhaps have squeezed out a few more metres, though I don’t think I’d quite have made it to 1000m. Pleased with this this considering lack of anaerobic training (rowing or running) in the past 6 months.
