Well done
I think I might jeff my 10 mile race on Sunday. What do you think coach?
Definitely worth a try - worked well for me in Helsby back in Jan. Jeffed to 1p miles and then ran the rest as I felt pretty good.
10 miles not 1p!
I think I’ll run through the first few beeps (so it thins out a bit) and then Jeff the rest. The 3.5/30 ratio seems to give me a faster overall time so I’ll do that I think. See you in Helsby if not before
