Warm-down after treadmill session at gym. C. 1500m of this was done without foot straps on so I could focus on technique. Useful exercise as it made me think about keeping drive length efficient. Also seemed to make hamstrings and hips work harder.

It's a weird feeling without the straps in place isn't it?
Yes! My feet flew off the footplates a few times even at a slow pace, so I can’t imagine being able to do a proper session unstrapped, but it’s definitely worth building this into the routine to work on technique.
