C25K W8D2. Really wasn’t looking forward to this. Feeling very tired this morning but was supposed to be meeting E at the gym, but then she didn’t actually turn up. Decided to do the session anyway. Felt a bit sluggish initially but increased pace slightly as session progressed and finished with a strong final minute which I actually enjoyed. Good opportunity to look at form. Left hip twists slightly so kneecap and left foot aren’t facing fully forwards when I land, so I need to work on this.
