C25K W8D1. 5 mins warm-up walk. 28 mins run. 5 mins warm-down walk. Barway footpath with a brisk side/headwind on the way out. Took a while to warm up but once I turned around it started to feel easier. Really didn’t want to do this today and thought I was really going to struggle, so pleased to have got it done.
