Started off with Ian (WYP) probably a bit fast. Felt terrible from about 8 miles, so let him go off. Struggled on and actually caught him up in the last mile.
Weather could’ve been worse. A bit of rain and quite windy in places. Didn’t feel fast and flat!
Had 3 normal and 1 caffeine gel.
Dennis was looking after the girls.
