Kirkcaldy parkrun. Dual purpose - Doctor K challenge (I predicted 19:59 or more that is my stated goal and that's what I'm pushing towards!) Happy with 20:09. Really pushed as hard as I could. Breathing was a bit of a hindrance, even having taken inhaler. Oh well, the new now? Great to see folk there - RD Andrew, Scott S and hill wife Tina and both sons, a chat and a Ding Ding to a Fling t-shirt on his hols from Newcastle to see family locally in Leven. Then off to Mum's after for shower, coffee, pastries and rugby. Can't believe Japan nicked the bonus point. Argh! :-) G
