Notes & Comments

That was fun. Was on later train, and had dog to feed and take out, so knew I was going to miss start. Didn't feel like all out at 2 mile time trial anyway. Wimp! So instead of trying to get there by driving straight to park and ride and doing it there, I went usual place, jogged up and joined them a few mins after they'd started. So caught Bill, Norman and Sarah E and was lapped by Matt - thought I might keep up with him for a 400m interval, but no way - he must have been doing 5:00 or quicker! Finished strongly then off to Roger's garage for hot chocolate. So nice to chat and have a wee social. :-) G
