Weather poor this morning, rain and wind so went in gym and did 45min on the X trainer whilst watching rugby Wales v Australia which was a good game.

Did cross training programme, pedalling back forwards/forwards, resistance 7&8. Cals 610. Kept in cardio zone and around 175 str/min av, finished last 2 with 200+. good workout.
