Notes & Comments
Finally feel like im over the cold been 3 weeks, so actually enjoyed the run this morning and didn't feel totally wiped out. Long easy run from sheerness along leas then reverse island 10 route to eastchurch, then back up and over hill by water tower down through minster, halfway and into sheerness. Felt good 2nd half of run and picked up pace a bit. Went through 7m in 54mins, 10m in 1.16, last 2m 14min. Sunny but quite breezy.
