Intervals wu/6x500m/90s/cd

Second fastest I've ever done this (9sec/mi off) - would have been closer (but not fastest) without a dispute with a dog owner whose dog is not trained to behave, does not come to heel on order, and was on a long lead he didn't have a grip on and went for me barking aggressively (not growling, but I really could have done without it). Collie, too, so eminently trainable.

I don't believe the heart rates - chest strap wouldn't connect to the watch, and the wrist values are the right shape but I really don't think my HR was that low after pushing myself like that.
