Another lovely day. Just as well, as forgot my fleece! And my towel!! Dried myself with t-shirt. Went round all the grassy bits of Links and Meadows. Mostly just slow but actually pace wasn't bad. Getting more consistent miles in, at least. Work colleagues were doing hill reps and 400m intervals. Mine was definitely at the lazy end of effort! :-) G
