SLR: 8 with 4kg dumbbells.
Curls: 8/8/8@7.5kg each side.
3 x 50 basic crunches between sets (maybe I can drop these next time).
Narrow presses: 10/10/10@24kg.
3 x 12 half-squats with 4kg dumbbells between sets. Went wider today. Knee objected.
Wide presses: 8/8/8@26kg.
3 x (2x20) side doodahs with 9kg dumbbell between sets.
Leg raises: 3 x 15.
Deadlifts: 8/8/8@38kg between sets.
FRIED, I tell you. FRIED!
