Stinking weather!
SLR: 20 with 2kg dumbbells. Should put the weight up next time.
Curls: 8/8/8@7.5kg each side.
3 x 50 basic crunches between sets.
OHP: 12@14kg, 12@15kg, 12@16kg.
3 x (2x20) side doodahs with 9kg dumbbell between sets.
Wide presses: 8/8/8@26kg (uncuffed!)
Hamstring curls: 10/10/12@9.5kg between sets.
Half goblet squats: 12/12/12 with 5kg kettlebell. Just an introduction, motivated by a suspicion that I have some quads wasting on my left side.
3 x 15 leg raises between sets.
SLR: 20 with 2kg dumbbells. Harder at the end of the session than at the beginning!
The niggle in my right upper arm seems to have sorted itself out.
