Notes & Comments

Originally 2 x 600m hard with 5 minutes recoveries followed by 6 x 200m hard with 60 seconds recoveries, didn't really fancy the 200s so stuck with the 600s and ran 6.
There's a missing rep as I hit pause rather than lap when starting, roughly 2:05 for each rep including the missing one.
