That was horrible. It was wet and blowing a gale. The cramp that started on my left inner thigh at the end of my last run came back. I should have stayed in and done the hoovering.

I thought everyone says you only regret the runs you don't do ;) - I'm still in PJs, walked the dog in them! (waterproofs over the top) -

I've finished a fair few runs thinking, "That's an hour of my life I won't get back." Today's was a long way from being the worst ever.
