Joined the Sunday club run rather than another solo run round Deeping
This week from Helpston Cross. I cut out a couple of off road parts and stayed on the road but still included part MT/XC, hence much slower pace in parts
It was also very warm by the time we finished!!

Intrigued by the (NS7) I keep seeing on people’s comments?
Long story, helping a friends daughter who is doing an MSc and wants to compare active with inactive people. You'll only see them on mine, Billy whizz, E'O and Roz as she left it to late for me to recruit more for her. Finishes 31/08. 1 is zero effort, 10 is I think I'm going to explode it's so hard!!
