Not quite a tempo run, it wasn't quick enough, although it *was* intentionally faster than usual. The progressiveness was an accidental by-product of the effort required for the run.

Accidental progressiveness! I think you’re on automatic for progressive running after all this time
You're right! Progressiveness IS automatic these days I've just noticed the average pace - I hadn't realised it was that "quick"
I must admit I thought it was quite good compared to recent running 😀
