1 ma alla fine tengo lui mi lascia a meta e ioprenso il Cocchia che almeno tiene un andatura di crociera e i 14 sono fatti anche se volevo farne 21 ma va bene cosi ...i 200 sono la
2 fa caldo e i primo km lo sento poi incontro Achille e lui fa un andatura sostenuta e stento un po
3 oggi la sveglia vibrava ed io ero ...sordo ma alla fine mi alzo e sono pure un po in ritardo
