After Thursday's 5k race and the recent cycling, this was a slow recovery run across the fields .
The earlier loosening cycle ride worked! I felt reasonably alright :-)
The breeze had picked up since the cycle ride.
The HR was disturbingly high for such a slow pace. Hopefully just due to the mauve vest I was wearing.
