So, odd one. Very pleasing really and let's not get too focused on the arbitrary target of 25:xx.

As few weeks ago I ran 26:14 and the time came up as 26:08. This week is 26:09 and given 26:11. All very so what but it's worth pointing therefore that this was my fastest run on the watch even if the official results suggest otherwise.

It does mean that I'm going to need a further leap forward - this will be from one or more of weight, sleep, mental toughness and training!
