That was nice. A run with Neal S, Aussie bloke from office across the road who said "Hi" on the train just cos he'd seen me out running. He wanted 9:30s and texted me to say that miles 2, 3 and 4 were 9:20 on his watch and he was really pleased. So that was nice. 18C, lovely sun in the morning, a bit of drizzle by the end. But nice to run with a new runner. :-) G
