Ran at 1730 hrs. It was overcast when I started however within a mile the came out. It was 23 degrees with a slight breeze coming from the south west, 10 mph.

Again with it being so hot I took it easy at the start and though I was doing so throughout. Last mile the legs and stomach did not feel so good but kept going right to the end.

Seemed to get warmer and warmer as the run went on. Another steady state run in warm conditions where an easy effort would have been good.
