Fast start down hill (road) before small climb and then long grassy downhill. Trail, woods (gentle climb), Steep (but fairly short 2 mins) hands on knees before gentle climb upto carpark and road descent to finish.
Pleasant evening.

Still not firing on all cylinders but felt more controlled than saturday.
