So what do you do when you have a few days off in Liverpool to watch the netball world cup with the family after a really busy time at work? You get up at 5:30, take the train to Warrington, and run back!
I think strava may have been generous with the moving time as there was a lot of walking in this, and some pauses to chat to people and buy some chips with curry sauce.
Some frustrating path diversions, and for several miles an absence of a path, but all good time on feet (and new zones of course).
