Multi-tasking with tidying the big freezer. DOMS from last session just gone.
SLR: 20 with 2kg dumbbells.
Curls: 8/8/10@7.5kg each side.
3 x 40 basic crunches between sets.
Narrow presses: 12@22kg, 10@23kg, 10@24kg.
3 x (2x20) side doodahs with 8kg dumbbell between sets.
Wide presses: 10/10/10@25kg.
Hamstring curls: 10/10/10@9kg between sets.
By then the freezer was tidy and I couldn't be bothered setting up for deadlifts.
