SLR: 20 with 2kg dumbbells.
Curls: 8/8/8@7.5kg each side.
3 x 40 basic crunches between sets.
OHP: 10/10/10@14kg.
3 x (2x20) 8kg side doodahs between sets.
Wide presses: 10/10/10@24kg.
3 x 10 leg raises between sets.
