Very breezy.
It was sort of a progressive run, at least it was for the steady full miles ;-)

4) 0.5m - 4:06(8:07/m) 154/162bpm 45cal 7.38/8.45mph Took advantage of the strong breeze being directly behind me and went for a quick half mile. Survived :-) The split breakdown looks erratic but I was under trees.
