Ran just after 0800 hrs. It was cool with a slight breeze coming from the south west. It was quite misty certainly could not see Benachie or Kirkhill forest from any direction of the run.

Did not feel good at all. Still had the niggle behind the right one so strapping was on. Also had a sore stomach which seemed to drain the strength from my legs but the time did not reflect this.

Felt like a horrible run.
