Crikey, the splits don't show it, but that was quite a fast run for me! I was running with Judith D (V60, but super quick) in club run, Caroline (another quickie, mum of 3. They're an impressive bunch at KRR! And a chap whose name I can't remember!) Great route too - Judith lives in the area so was able to lead our group which broke away from Scott and Matt and the main bunch. Pool of Muckhart, Yetts of Muckhart, Rumbling Bridge and back via Muckhart Golf club. Some lovely countryside, nice country houses, half back roads and half muddy trails. Some reasonable climbs in there too! So I felt I was working hard. My glutes feel it this morning. This is a good thing! Great turn out - maybe 15-20? And it's been dry in Fife, Perth and Kinross and Clackmannanshire all day, which chucking it down in Edinburgh. Go the north!
