That's the trouble with the guided busway once on it you can't get off but that was almost direct
Are you still feeling tired? I'm sure the HR will sort itself as your fitness returns.
I perked up with yoga I don't think the HR is related to reduced fitness since it is sometimes increased by too large an amount, about up to 30bpm. It is probably due to the ablation and subsequent pericarditis. I'm hoping the follow-up appointment will come soon.
Does the higher HR cause issues or is it that you’re concerned about it because it used to be lower?
Both. When the HR is high it seems more effort to run for the same pace.
