2019 Badger 10km Trail Series Race 1.
Had Caffeine shot before race (1/2 hour before). Had 1 gel at about half way.
Good run. Led for first couple of miles. Very slippery on the off road sections. Maybe wear trail shoes next race. Felt slow up the hills.
Came 5th overall.
