Second shoulder session with the NHS physio. I thought I had more rom, but she thinks not. She suggests acupuncture, which is not free on the NHS any more but £44 a session. She mobilised it, which was agonising and frustrating. Ultrasound, which seemed to help. I have more exercises and another appt in three weeks.
Thoughts: Do I want to pay £44 for acupuncture? Think I might rather pay something similar for physio at 'my' physio.
She mentioned the injection but doesn't seem that keen. I know I need a lot of physio post-injection to make it worthwhile.

Ouch keep up the exercises and hopefully the shoulder will improve and £44 Ouch again
You could get to Scotland and see Yumee for that ... I paid £55 for first acupuncture session of 1.5hr and £45 for subsequent sessions so price is prob fair. My friend is recovering from her frozen shoulder after 6 months on doing exercises alone but like PF 1-2 yrs gets bandied about so it is worth considering it if it offers a shortcut isn’t it? Xx
Bugger! Maybe the exercises will help. Fingers crossed x
£44?!!
Hope you can get some relief Linds xx
