parkrun #233 - Stretford

A season's best at 5k but only just. About 5 seconds faster than early April. But that doesn't tell the whole story this time I didn't feel like I was going flat out all the way round, if anything it was almost like a 20 min tempo run. Probably had one eye on Wednesday night and to be honest a controlled sub 19:50 5k is pleasing as I head into race season.
