Lol, just back 30 mins and Corrah *still* got comment in before me! Yes, squiggly route! I like to stay on grass rather than tarmac where poss. Always makes me laugh when I see runners in the same parks as me running up and down the paths, where I'm running up and down on *not the paths*! I think it's better for the knees. If I'm brave later in summer I'll try and do 2 miles of this barefoot. The Meadows is a 9/10 for cleanliness and I'd be v unlucky to catch a bit of debris or dog poo. Mild out but wet underfoot and drizzly overhead. Hope it clears in a few days. Need to get the flippin garden under control!
