I drove to Hallatrow after work and did my short 'sprints' hill session. My goal was to do 12 reps but I managed 16 which was great. I could easily increase that to 20 in another week or two. I found it hard going, plus my times were probably a few seconds slower than previously (plus my running style is probably terrible!) but otherwise I did quite well.
