Beginning again! Simple session to gauge where I'm at and get used to the moves again.
SLR: 20 with 2kg dumbbells to warm up.
Curls: 6/6/6@7kg each side.
OHP: 12/12/12@12kg.
Deadlifts: 10/10/10@30kg.
Wide presses: 12/12/12@20kg.
SLR: 12 with 2kg dumbbells to finish.
Just a little backchat from sprained shoulder on the last set of OHP. Knee tolerated the standing lifts well.
