Decided to do the TrainAsOne assessments over the next few days as I like to see their graphing of my "fitness"
today was the easy "perceived effort"
Proved to myself that I can run easy for 30 minute without a walk break - even if it was interrupted twice by Nisha the naughty giant schnauzer - HR spiked a b when she nearly sent me flying :)

(taken the 2 x 2 mins standing for the HR test off the overall time)

Also good to see that fitbit agrees with garmin HR strap.
