Notes & Comments

Not entirely happy with this. In terms of form and fitness, it was fine, but my bigger issue this morning was the aching in my groin.

Whilst it's not intense, I can sense that I'm not far away from the groin issues coming back if I push too much.

So, I had planned a 9 miler this morning, but cut it short. I might need to go steady for Saturday's race.

Ended up with the type of abdominal pains that feel like a stitch by the end of this run.

I was gliding though.
