Notes & Comments

Decent run before work out to Asda so that I could get some hills in.

Was moving well, although I've got a sore left adductor this morning.

Felt some strength as I ran up the hills in good fashion.

Had a collision with a metal barrier coming down Putney Hill, hitting my right hand on the barrier. It's not broken, but it's bruised and swollen and hurts.
