Minster Leas, perfect morning again. 10min warm up down the Leas and over cliff path and back to
Leas. Then pyramid session, @ around 6min/mile pace - 1min,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,2,1mins with walk/jog recs. Jog to warm down, approx 10km. Felt good.
