Clearly no problem with recovery
I had to take today as rest. Too knackered
My parkrun was cold though! Only thing to recover from was a huge collection of insect bites 😳
Oh yuck! They love me, too. I think my main proble was walking up the hill at West Wycome in flat sandals. My calves were shot.
