On the Hewitt to St. Ives through the villages, back along the Busway.
Longest ride without a proper break for 5 months, and I flagged on the 10 miles back from St. Ives against the breeze. I was glad to get home. Still, it turned out to be the quickest ride this year

I have done too much of that over the last 5 months I have an enormous backlog of work to catch up on, while trying not to overdo things and give myself a relapse!
It really doesn't seem as if you sit down a lot even over the past 5 months. Please don't overdo things now you're on the up (I'm sure you won't).
