Paddock Wood half marathon 2019.
Went out hard, probably a bit too hard but tried to keep pushing all the way around. Took places throughout, ran past groups rather than joining them.
Right glute and hip flexor started to pack up in the final mile but kept it going to the line, just 20 seconds slower than my 2012 PB!
M50 team silver with Richard Tomlinson and Bob Fursey! 🏃♂️🏃♂️🏃♂️🥈💪
