Gentle lunch time run with Iain at work. A few lazy days off partly because Mum in hospital (now out, thankfully) but partly just CBA because horrid weather and in taper anyway. We layered up but hailstones, sun, then heavy rain, so it was on, off, on with the jacket! :-) G
