Woke up very early and couldn't get back to sleep.
Checked the weather forecast, it was for 0C with hail and sleet halfway through the walk so I dressed accordingly, with my very warm coat and a waterproof coat on top. The reality was 3C and it remained dry!
Quick start to get as far as I could before the hail and sleet arrived - it didn't but I just kept going
I was a bit warm by the end!
Miles 3 and 4 involved going over steep footbridges, hence the "slow" speed and high HR.

Well done for getting out knowing what was allegedly on its way.
"Fortune favours the brave" ! There has been no precipitation at all so far today - it's currently forecast for rain right now, but we actually have sunshine!
