Nice lunchtime plod. Lol at Fetch saying this is your 28th fastest out of 30 attempts. Err, 3rd slowest then?! Recovery pace. Last night's intervals and 32 miles this week already taking toll. Funny left hip thing, almost like the capsulitis from 10 years ago. But eased off by end. Cold westerly wind but sunshine was nice and warm with wind at back after the turn. Lots of smiley faces out.
