Fleet Half Marathon (81st / 22nd MV40)
Went out aiming for a sub-77 but soon realised this wasn't likely to be on the cards today. Whilst my HR remained quite low, my legs just didn't want to go any faster. The wind also didn't help things either.
Definitely still have last weekend's marathon in my legs so probably a little over optimistic to think a sub-77 was on the cards, but hey ho... gotta give it a go.
